EC™ CL-10 Plus EC™ CL-10 Plus is an automated analyser that uses patented differential pH technology. The classic UV methods encounter problems related to colour, opalescence and micro-particles in the food samples. None of these parameters interfere with pH measurement, thus making it possible for the EC™ CL-10 Plus system to perform the analysis efficiently without sample pre-treatment. EC™ CL-10 Plus has been developed for enzymatic testing of more than 20 different sugars and organic acids in milk, dairy, wine and other food matrices. The high-tech, micro-flow electrodes allow accurate, reproducible measurements and the method has been validated against traditional methods.
