EC™ CL-10 Plus is an automated analyser that uses patented differential pH technology.

The classic UV methods encounter problems related to colour, opalescence and micro-particles in the samples. None of these parameters interfere with pH measurement, thus making it possible for the EC™ CL-10 Plus system to perform the analysis efficiently without sample pre-treatment.

EC™ CL-10 Plus has been developed for enzymatic testing of crucial sugars and organic acids in milk, yoghurt and milk derivative matrices. The high-tech, micro-flow electrodes allow accurate, reproducible measurements and the method has been validated against traditional methods, gaining special recognition from IDF (International Dairy Federation).

EC™ CL-10 Plus system is designed to be used only together with EC™ Milk Kits.
