Description:
TRANSIA Additive Gold 24 (TAG 24) is used together with TRANSIA PLATE Salmonella Gold to detect Salmonella in 24 hours after start of enrichment. It is designed to work with a two step enrichment procedure. No M-broth to stimulate flagella growth is needed. Antibodies are targeted against lipopolysaccharides to give maximum specificity and a simple enrichment method.
