TRANSIA PLATE Fumonisins

Description:
Fumonisins are mycotoxins produced mainly by Fusarium fungi, such as F. moniliformi and F. proliferatum. It has been demonstrated that consumption of corn infected with F. moniliformi can result in cancer in humans. Fumonisins also cause pulmonary oedema syndrome in swine and horses.

TRANSIA PLATE Fumonisins is used for the efficient, quantitative screening of fumonisin B1, B2 and B3 in wheat, barley, oats, corn/maize and almonds.
